upon litigating commercial disputes.
After representing Steven Clark in his claim against Nomura
International Plc, (Clark -v- Nomura International Plc. 2000
IRLR 766), the firm established a particular reputation amongst
City traders and professionals and has acted for many in claims
concerning entitlement to and level of performance based bonus
awards and the proper approach and quantification of total compensation
packages.
Since 1997 the firm's practice has developed to include, along
with its core litigation practice, Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination
claims both within and outside the City context and non contentious
company, commercial and regulatory work.
