Founded in 1997, Ferguson Solicitors specialises in commercial litigation, employment law and bonus claims, corporate, company, commercial and regulatory work.

We are renowned throughout the City for our expert and robust representation of individuals employed in the banking and financial services industries, and have acted in numerous high-profile claims against investment banks. These include the case of Steven Clark –v- Nomura International Plc which was the first City bonus claim to come before the UK courts and is still the most quoted authority in bonus disputes.

As well as being widely considered the City’s leading lawyers in disputes over bonus and compensation payments – we have represented the claimants in roughly 50 per cent of the reported cases brought before the courts – we also engage in a wide range of other City-related litigation including whistle-blowing and discrimination, FSA and regulation, as well as more general trade-based disputes.
