Tom Caplan

Tom joined Ferguson in September 2006 as a trainee, after studying business economics at Reading University and completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the LPC at the College of Law in York.

Before commencing his law studies in 2003, Tom spent five months travelling around the Southern Hemisphere and followed the victorious England team to the 2003 Rugby World Cup.

During his training at Ferguson, Tom assisted the business advisory on the AIM admission of Roxi Petroleum plc and the employment and litigation department on high-end City employment disputes.

Tom qualified as a Solicitor in September 2008 and continues to focus his attention on employment law and litigation.
