Andrea Randall

Andrea joined Ferguson Solicitors in November 2008 on a transfer of her training contract, having studied Law at Exeter University.

After moving to London she worked at O’Keeffe Solicitors where she specialised in criminal law for four years. Andrea had full conduct of various reported cases including R –v- Denrick Elliott [2006] EWHC 2862 (QB) and R –v- John Paul McFadyen [2007] EWHC 1125 (QB) along with a mixture of criminal cases ranging from petty offences in the Magistrates Court to more serious offences in the High Court.

Whilst working full time at O’Keeffes, Andrea completed her LPC on weekends at the College of Law.

Andrea currently works alongside Charles Ferguson and Fiona Macdonald in a variety of employment law cases including bonus claims, unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy.
